Begin with the door's position
Closed, partly open and visibly uneven describe different starting points. An opener sound alone does not identify the fault. Explain whether the door moved normally earlier, whether the change was sudden and if anything appears displaced. Keep people, vehicles and loose belongings clear of its travel path rather than repeatedly testing it.
For a home with another usable entrance, identify that route when arranging access. Residential locksmith help concerns the house's locks and keys; the overhead door needs its own description. Keeping those issues separate helps establish what the visit should actually cover.
